Grafton on the Today show!

I’m unable to directly embed this on my site — I think it’s a Word Press thing, but I’ll check into it further — but if you missed the Today show this morning, you’re going to want to go here, if only to enjoy seeing “Grafton, MA” as the interview location.

That’s right — Molly the giraffe (OK, her handlers at Tufts and owner at the Southwick Zoo) was interviewed by Meredith Viera!

  1. I missed it, but my mom (who lives in OH & is an avid Today show viewer) told me that Grafton was on the news 🙂 how exciting!

  2. Hmmm – I am having trouble launching the video from the Today show website – am I the only one?

  3. Channel 7 droned on endlessly about the snow. They skipped the the Today Show so they could do two extra hours of Dylan Dreyer on the top of their building talking about the weather. I’m not quite sure why they felt anyone really cared about that much weather.

  4. I did get it to work – Finally – funny that I could not get it to play while accessing the blog through AOL but once I went through Internet Explorer it worked just fine – oh well it was a great piece and it was really cool to see Molly – we can’t wait to go see her at the zoo!

  5. We were so glad the video was on the Tufts Today news site. It was so frustrating to know she would be on and to have hours of snow. We could step outside and see the snow for Pete’s sake. Mom loved seeing Molly’s big eyes and furry tufted knobs. A face only a mother could love.

  6. I was lucky enough to catch TuftsPhoto’s Tweet and link about the appearance, or I would have missed it as well. I knew it was snowing! I’d rather hear about the baby giraffe!
