Until the Grafton Farmers Market makes a deal with some Hollywood production company to shoot a movie on Thursdays (A rom-com featuring a perky organic farmer and a pesticide salesman? A murder mystery in which a giant pumpkin is the weapon? Indiana Jones and the Eggplant of Peril?), we’re probably not going to have a lot of star power at the market.
I did, however, manage to snap a few local men-about-town checkin’ out the veggies…

And our chief apparently appreciates the value of a good perennial. As well he should. Mapel Plants had some pretty cool stuff.
