The North Grafton Parent Teacher Group is pleased to announce its 23rd annual Fun Fair on May 11 at North Grafton Elementary School 46 Waterville Street, North Grafton starting at 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and will run rain or shine. The Fun Fair will entertain families with games, pony rides, bounce houses, paint your own pottery, a Mindcraft scavenger hunt, speed pitching, photo booth, tie-die t-shirts, crafts, face painting, DJ music by Josh Briggs, balloon sculpting by Andi the Clown, interactive stations from Best Buy-Millbury, auction and raffle, and much more! Pepperoni Express and Swirls and Scoops will generously donate the food and ice cream. For the first time, the Fun Fair event will support two schools, North Grafton and North Street Elementary Schools. Proceeds from the event will fund educational enrichment programs, guest speakers, and additional teaching tools for students including the arts, sciences, music and mathematics for grades Pre-K to 6.
“Our Fun Fair is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we could not do it without the generous support of our community, North Grafton students and families, and the faculty and staff of both North Grafton and North Street Elementary Schools,” said Marci Palmer, Co-Chair of North Grafton Elementary PTG. “This year is even more exciting as we are working hard to make the event appeal to our older students as well as the students at NGES. Not only are we encouraging new families to get involved, we are also welcoming back many families and students from the North Street School to help volunteer and enjoy the day. We look forward to another fabulous event!”
This year’s Fun Fair will feature a variety of exciting silent auction and raffle items donated by Grafton and surrounding area businesses, individuals and non-profit organizations.
